This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for scheduling and receiving residential cleaning services from Real Deal Cleaning.
By booking services, submitting payment, or accepting a service estimate, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Authorization
By scheduling or confirming a service appointment with Real Deal Cleaning, the customer authorizes the company to perform the requested residential cleaning services at the agreed location.
The customer confirms that:
• they are authorized to request service for the property
• the information provided regarding the property is accurate
• they understand the nature of the services requested
2. Nature of Cleaning Services
Cleaning services involve labor, time allocation, and scheduling commitments.
The effectiveness of cleaning services may vary depending on:
• the current condition of the property
• time allocated for the service
• materials or surfaces present in the home
• access to certain areas
3. Estimates and Scope of Work
Service estimates are based on the information provided by the customer.
Final pricing may change if:
• the condition of the home differs significantly from the description provided
• additional services are requested
• the scope of work increases during the appointment
Customers will be informed before additional work is performed whenever possible.
4. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment or approving an invoice, the customer authorizes Real Deal Cleaning to charge the provided payment method for:
• the scheduled cleaning service
• approved additional services
• applicable taxes or fees
• cancellation fees where applicable
Customers confirm that they are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule their service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.
If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a $65 late cancellation fee will apply.
This fee exists to compensate for reserved service time that cannot be reassigned on short notice.
6. Missed Appointments
If Real Deal Cleaning arrives for a scheduled appointment and access to the property is not available, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
In such cases, the $65 late cancellation fee may apply.
7. No Refund Policy
Cleaning services provided by Real Deal Cleaning are non-refundable.
Because services involve reserved labor time and scheduling commitments, payments made for scheduled or completed services are final.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• completed services
• partially completed services
• dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences
• last-minute cancellations
• changes in personal circumstances after booking
If a concern about service quality arises, customers should contact Real Deal Cleaning within 24 hours of the appointment so the concern can be reviewed.
8. Service Concerns
If a customer believes that a service area was missed or not completed within the agreed scope of work, the customer must notify Real Deal Cleaning within 24 hours of the service appointment.
When appropriate, Real Deal Cleaning may offer a reasonable resolution, which may include:
• clarification of the service scope
• addressing the specific concern
• scheduling a limited touch-up visit
Resolutions are provided at the discretion of Real Deal Cleaning and do not constitute a refund obligation.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Real Deal Cleaning directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or credit card provider.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Real Deal Cleaning may be considered a violation of this agreement.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, Real Deal Cleaning reserves the right to contest the dispute and provide documentation including but not limited to:
Customers acknowledge that disputing legitimate charges for services that were scheduled or performed may be considered fraudulent activity.
If a chargeback is ruled in favor of Real Deal Cleaning, the customer may be responsible for:
• the original service fee
• any cancellation fees
• chargeback processing fees
• administrative costs associated with the dispute
10. Refusal of Service
Real Deal Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
• working conditions are unsafe
• abusive behavior occurs
• fraudulent activity is suspected
• terms of service are violated
11. Limitation of Liability
Real Deal Cleaning will perform services with reasonable care and professionalism.
However, Real Deal Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
12. Agreement Acceptance
By booking services, submitting payment, or requesting a service appointment, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to this Service Agreement and the Terms of Service published on the website.
Real Deal Cleaning performs services with professional care but cannot guarantee identical results in every environment.
